At the end of the 30-days trial period of the premium membership you will automatically receive a renewal order and invoice and you will be requested to pay the membership fee. As soon as you have paid for the membership, your access to the member’s area will be available.
If you will not continue
To avoid a one year committment you have the opportunity to cancel the subscription before it will be renewed. To cancel your subscription you have two options. For both you have to login to the Website first: https://members.life-science.eu/my-account
1. option Go to the menubar – “My Account” > My Subscription > View subscription (Desktop) > status scroll down to “actions” > “cancel”
“My Account” > My Subscription > click once more on My Subscription “>” (Mobile) You will see an arrow behind “subscription” >scroll down, a table will appear with a column “status” scroll down to “actions” > click on “cancel”
2. option Go to the menubar – “My Account” > “Delete My Account”
You want to downgrade to a FREE Membership
If you do not want to continue a Premium Membership but would like to change to FREE Membership.
1st step: Cancel your Premium Membership as described under 1. option above.
