It might happen that you cannot see members even when they are registered as Premium Members.

In order to get view on their profile you can try:

  • Open the members list and set the drop down menu right on the top to “Alphabetical”. Maybe they haven’t yet set any activity or have set the “show last active time” to “no”.

  • Maybe they have set their profile privacy to “do not list in community directory”.
  • Maybe they have cancelled their membership.
